It takes energy to grab the world by the you-know-whats
Everyone’s busy…and information-overloaded. So I’m going to keep this short but sweet!
I’m 51 at the time of this picture. Photoshop? I don’t have it. Airbrushing? Nope. And people are always commenting on how good my skin looks.
I sleep 7 hours a night, no more – I just don’t need it.
I’m always bouncing all over the place with loads of energy and ideas. Just ask my friends!
I’ve got two teenage children, I’m a rock singer (yes for real) and I’m building a global business. So you could say I’m a bit busy.
And yet…I’ve got time to eat super healthy, delicious food that is all raw AND super delicious (I wouldn’t eat it if it wasn’t).
I would love to say that I could live happily on carrot sticks and celery, but that would be a big fat lie.
I love curry. I love hot soups. I love creamy desserts.
So how to get all of that without becoming hugely overweight, wrinkly and tired?
Raw food, that’s how!
My passion for raw food started 10 years ago, and I’ve been ‘cooking’ (uncooking as some say) ever since.
And since I’m so busy, I’ve become an expert at making food super tasty yet super fast. The entrepreneur in me wants fast results, and practical solutions. I’m always on the go, and my food needs to be portable too.
So…I am now making it my mission to share the awesome benefits of juicy, sexy raw food recipes that do NOT require ages in the kitchen (honestly, who has time for that?).
What are the benefits? More energy, less need for sleep, great skin and hair, super positive outlook on life…in short, a juicy, sexy life!
